Approval to renew “RFP #24-20 On-Call Grant Administration and Technical Services for HUD Funded Community Development Projects” with the following vendors, for a second (2^nd) year of a three (3) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on April 22, 2025.

•                     Langford Community Management Services of Liberty Hill, Texas

•                     GrantWorks, Inc., of Austin, Texas

In addition, upon final approval by the District Attorney’s Office, also renew with CRI Advisors, LLC of Metairie, Louisiana (formerly Carr, Riggs and Ingram LLC), per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract.

The renewal term shall be April 23, 2025 to April 22, 2026.
