Authorize the submission of a grant application for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s FY26 Port Security Grant Program, in which Brazoria County is requesting funding for eligible projects regarding port security at the Port of Freeport.
Further, the County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents related to the application for the grant upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
