Consideration of and possible action on one or more County orders to authorize the refunding and / or redemption and defeasance of outstanding County bonds and certificates of obligation, the designation of an escrow agent and approval of an escrow agreement or agreements relating thereto and approval of certain other matters relating thereto.
Authorize County Judge to sign any documents related to the refunding and / or redemption and defeasance of outstanding County bonds and certificates of obligation after review by the District Attorney’s Office.
Further, a certified copy of this Order be provided to the County Auditor.
Motion by Commissioner Cade for the defeasance of the County Bonds, Seconded by Commissioner Burridge.
