Administrative Fee for Closing, Abandoning, or Vacating a Public Road

In accordance with Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 251, Brazoria County Commissioners Court adopts the following administrative fee for processing requests for closing, abandoning, or vacating a public road:
• $250.00 plus $75.00 for each additional affected property owner
Further, that a copy of this order shall be delivered to the Engineering Department.
