Approve the expenditure of $216,120.00 to Freese and Nichols, Inc. to perform Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for the City of West Columbia Water Plant No. 3 Storage Facilities Improvements Project.
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the CEI related activities for the Project; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available via the 2026 Road & Bridge Budget and are a part of the CDBG-MIT Contract in partnership with the General Land Office (GLO).
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
