Renew Windstorm Insurance Policy for San Luis and Quintana Beach Properties

Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division, approve the attached Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) renewal quote from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for San Luis and Quintana Beach properties for policy period November 12, 2025 - November 21, 2026 with a not to exceed premium cost of $29,455.00.
In addition, approve the attached TWIA renewal quote from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for property located at Surfside Beach. Policy period shall be November 12, 2025 to November 12, 2026 with a not to exceed premium cost of $1,935.00.
The expenditure will be funded by the County’s general fund for Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any required documents to renew the policy.
