Acknowledgement of Appointments to the Airport Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Brazoria County-Angleton-Lake Jackson Joint Airport Zoning Board has formally appointed the following members to the Board of Adjustment at its board meeting on May 14, 2026, pursuant to its authority provided in the Airport Zoning Act, Tex. Local Gov’t Code Ann., Section 241.032 (Vernon 1988) and Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann., Articles 46e-1 et seq (1969), as amended:
• Cecil Booth
• Gary Martin
• Mark Jones
• Mike Alexander
• Brian Miles
Each appointed member shall serve a term of two (2) years from May 14, 2026 to May 14, 2028, as provided for in the Joint Airport Zoning Board Compatible Land Use Zoning Ordinance and the Airport Hazard Zoning Ordinance. The Brazoria County Commissioners Court hereby acknowledges and accepts these appointments by the Joint Airport Zoning Board to its Board of Adjustment.
