The Brazoria County Commissioners Court approves, subject to final approval from the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division, the attached “Dude Payne Event Center Application & Rental Agreement, which establishes the procedure and fees by which the public may reserve and rent the Dude Payne Event Center.
Further, that the Parks Director be authorized to sign related documents on behalf of Brazoria County, after review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
Further, that a certified copy be sent to Brazoria County Parks Department.
