Approval to advertise Request for Proposals for “Lease Plan for Books and Other Materials” which has been determined by the Purchasing Director to be the procurement method to use that is in the best interest of the County.
In addition, the procurement will utilize funds from the department’s approved fiscal year budget.
Further, appoint a committee to review the proposal submittals from the persons shown, their designee, or other persons as determined by the Court.
