Approval to renew “RFP #22-28 Vegetative Control Services” with the following vendors per the term, conditions and pricing of the current contract, for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract which expires on February 22, 2025.

•                     Advanced Maintenance Service, LLC of Brazoria, Texas

•                     IVM Solutions of Auburn, Alabama

The renewal term shall be February 23, 2025 to February 22, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the departments’ current fiscal year budgets.
