The Court authorizes the purchase of an easement deed upon Parcel 15 on County Road 400 in Brazoria, Brazoria County, Texas consisting of approximately 3.678 acres in an amount not to exceed $92,445.00.
The Court further authorizes County Judge to sign any documents related to the purchase of the property after final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
