Approval to renew “ITB #23-74 Battery Consignment” with the following vendor for the third (3^rd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 10, 2025.

-                     Interstate Batteries of Houston, Houston, Texas

In addition, the following charge will be added to the contract as per the attached:

-                     Tariff charge of $2.00 per battery

The renewal term shall be September 11, 2025 to September 10, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ annual fiscal year budgets.
