Approval to renew “RFP #23-60 Disaster Recovery Services” with the following vendors for a second (2) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on February 29, 2024.
• DRC Emergency Services, LLC of Galveston, Texas
• TRF Enterprises, Inc. of Leander, Texas
• Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. of Sarasota, Florida
• CrowderGulf, LLC of Mobile, Alabama
• Southern Disaster Recovery, LLC of Greenville, South Carolina
The renewal term will be March 01, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
Further, expenditures will be funded by the specific disaster event fund.
