Amendment to Tyler Technologies Softcode CivilService Software Agreement

Approve an amendment to the Tyler Technologies Softcode agreement, dated February 1, 2021, to add enhancements to the Custom Deposit Export Tool.
The enhancements will prevent a deposit from being exported twice and verify that a deposit has been exported. The cost for the enhancement is $10,660.00 and will be paid for with budgeted funds for professional services via the IS Department.
The sole source license and software agreement was approved by Commissioners' Court Order 7.H.5 dated November 24, 2020.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign the attached amendment and any documents required for the amendment.
