Texas.gov Terms and Conditions Relating to the Use of the Department of Information Resources (DIR) Shared Services Master Service Agreements

WHEREAS, the Court finds that Brazoria County entered into an Interlocal Contract with the Department of Information Resources (DIR) Relating to the use of the DIR Shared Services Master Service Agreements in April 2019 after approval by Court Order 8.L.2 dated March 26, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Court finds that approval the Terms and Conditions relating to Vendor Payment Services for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Registration Application is necessary to continue services.
The Court thereby APPROVES the attached Texas.gov Terms and Conditions, for the applications pursuant to the Interlocal Contract Between the Department of Information Resources and Brazoria County Relating to the Use of the DIR Shared Services Master Service Agreements.
Further that the Tax Assessor Collector be authorized to provide this Order as evidence of said agreement on behalf of Brazoria County.
Further, that a certified copy of this order be provided to the Tax Assessor-Collector and the District Attorney’s Office.
