Approval to renew “RFP #21-60 Electronic Content Material for the Library” with the following vendors for the fifth (5th) year of a five (5) contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 30, 2025.
• Brainfuse, Inc. of New York, NY
• World Book, Inc. of Chicago, IL
• InfoUSA Marketing, Inc. (Data Axle) of Bellevue, NE
• Kanopy, Inc. of San Francisco, CA
• Midwest Tapes, LLC of Holland, OH
• Library Sales, Inc. dba Sebco Books of Pembroke Park, FL
• Library Ideas, LLC of Venna, VA
• EBSCO Industries, Inc. dba EBSCO Information Services of Ipswich, MA
In addition, approval to renew with a price increase with the following vendors per the attached. All other terms and conditions of the contract will remain the same.
• Baker & Taylor, LLC of Charlotte, NC
• Morning Star, Inc. of Chicago, IL
• Niche Academy of Lehi, UT
Renewal term shall be October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
Further, expenditures will be funded by the department’s annual fiscal year budget.
