Permission to issue Change Orders to TECA Construction, LLC of Angleton, Texas to perform additional work ensuring the project complies with the rules and regulations of Brazoria County and adding $113,994.82 (8.89%) to the original contract for CSP #25-66 awarded by Court Order No. I.8. on August 26, 2025; and
Whereas, a copy of applicable Change Orders in the amount of $113,994.82 and a justification letter from the resident engineer Blacksmith Construction Services, LLC. are attached; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available via the 2026 Road & Bridge Budget.
Further, that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
