On behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD), renew “RFP #23-12 Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for CSCD” with the following vendors per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on August 31, 2026.
Further, the renewal period of September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027 will be based upon their funded biennium budget.
• Adapt Programs, LLC of Angleton, Texas
• Gulf Coast Center of League City, Texas
• Adapt Foundation dba Brazos Place of Angleton, Texas
• Bay Area Recovery Center of Dickinson, Texas
• Fort Bend Regional Council on Substance Abuse, Inc., of Stafford, Texas
• Agape Substance Abuse Programs of Angleton, Texas
In addition, authorize Cara Drenner, Adult Probation Director, to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreement(s) on behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD).
