Replacement of Signs at Columbia Lakes (Precinct 4)

The Court hereby approves the installation and/or replacement of signage in the Columbia Lakes Subdivision at the request of the Columbia Lakes Homeowners Association in accordance with Court Order No. VIII.B.1.a dated July 27, 2010; and
Further, signage will be installed or replaced as notated on the attached Exhibit ‘A’; and
Further, that the Columbia Lakes Homeowners Association will be responsible for the cost and expense of the signage; and
Further, a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
