Approve Substantial Amendments to the 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2026 Annual Action Plans to deobligate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from one project that has canceled; to obligate HOME Investment Partnership Funding for two new activities, Tenant Based Rental Assistance and an Affordable Housing Feasibility Predevelopment Loan; to expand the scope of work for the On Site Septic Facility Program to include minor home repairs; and to modify the scope of one public facility project due to urgent community needs.
