Approval to renew “RFP #20-67 Custodial Services for Brazoria County”, with a two percent (2%) increase, with Marsden South LLC of Houston, Texas for a fifth (5^th) and final year per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on September 30, 2024.
