Approval to renew lease agreement for “RFO #25-35 Courthouse Café Operations” with Crowned in Pearls, LLC of Lake Jackson, Texas for another twelve-month term, per the terms, conditions and lease amount of the current contract which is set to expire on April 21, 2026.
In addition, the renewal term shall be April 22, 2026 to April 21, 2027.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized the sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
