Approval to renew with price increase, as shown in the attached summary and spreadsheet, for “ITB #21-32 Road Materials-Surfaces Courses” with the following vendor, for the fourth (4th) year of a five (5) year contract, per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on April 25, 2024. The price changes include, but not limited to, increases in labor, transportation and raw materials.
• Vulcan Construction Materials of San Antonio, TX
The renewal term shall be April 26, 2024 to April 25, 2025.
Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current approved Fiscal 2024 budget.
