Approval to amend the contract with Brazosport Pediatric and Family Clinic, of Lake Jackson, Texas for Pre-Employment Physicals, Drug Screens and Evaluations for the Sheriff’s Office, awarded by Court Order 7.N.1 dated February 22, 2022.
Per the attached, the amendment changes the description of services to include all pre-employment screens for Brazoria County. Services will be paid for by Brazoria County as approved by the original Court Order 6.I.10 dated April 27, 2021.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said amendment on behalf of the County.
