Approval to renew “ITB #21-70 Milling Machine Rental” with the following vendors for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the current terms, conditions and pricing of the current of the current contract which is set to expire on August 22, 2024.

•                     Holt Texas, LTD of San Antonio, Texas

The renewal term shall be August 23, 2024 to August 22, 2025.

In Addition, Forde Construction Company Inc., of Houston, Texas has elected to not renew.
