Approve Temporary Closure of Resoft Park

WHEREAS, Clear Creek ISD has reserved portions of Resoft Park for a University Interscholastic League (UIL) cross country event scheduled August 30, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the event will occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
THEREFORE, the Parks Director is hereby authorized to close the park for an adequate time before, during, and after the event to ensure the safety of all runners participating in the event. The Director will provide adequate notice to the general public of the closure.
FURTHER, a copy of this Order is to be furnished to the Parks Director.
