That, pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code §81.032, on behalf of Brazoria County, the Court accepts the donation of $5,000.00 from Olin Corporation for the benefit of Precinct 1 Constable’s Office.
County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents necessary to complete the donation upon final review of the District Attorney’s Office.
