Approval to renew “RFP #21-100 Lease Plan for Books and Other Materials” with the following vendor for the fifth (5^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on December 12, 2025.

•                     Brodart Co. of Williamsport, PA

The renewal term shall be December 13, 2025 to December 12, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the department’s annual fiscal year budget.

In addition, Baker & Taylor LLC is going out of business therefore their portion of the contract was not renewed.
