Approve the additional expenditure of $70,000.00 to Freese and Nichols, Inc. to perform plan and drainage review for Ashland Development in Angleton ETJ.
Whereas, the attached scope of work provides additional on-call services for review of drainage study plan, development submittals, and other related services as deemed necessary.
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available via the 2025 Road & Bridge Budget.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
