Staff requests approval of Minor Amendment to the HOME - American Rescue Plan (ARP) Allocation Plan as part of the Program Year 2021 Annual Action Plan.
The amendment increases the grant award based on an U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) adjustment to the County’s HOME - ARP award.
Further, the court authorizes the County Judge to effectuate any and all required documents related to the amendment.
