Termination of Services

The Court hereby approves and orders the termination of any and all contracts, whether written or oral, explicit or implied, and services between Brazoria County and First Financial Administrators, Inc., Gornto & Associates, Inc., First Financial Benefits, Inc., formerly known as Gornto, Kebodeaux & Bliese, Inc., and Richard Gornto. Human Resources is authorized to provide all necessary notices to effectuate said termination.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any and all documents relating to removing the above-referenced organizations and their representatives from any and all financial accounts, investment accounts, other accounts managed on behalf of the County and its employees, any contracts, or other authorizations.
Further, a copy of this Order be provided to the Human Resources Director.
