Pending final review by the District Attorney’s office- civil division, per the commendation of the evaluation committee, award “RFP #25-36 Appraisal Services for CDBG-DR-Project 20-065-118-388” to the highest ranked vendor, Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. of Pearland, Texas, who submitted the best evaluated offer per our specifications and scope of work as per the attached.
In addition, the procurement will utilize CDBG-DR funds.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
