The Court authorizes payment of the sum of Seventy-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($79,400.00) to AT&T Services, Inc. to fully resolve all property damage claims and disputes in arising from an incident which occurred on February 12, 2024 at the intersection of 288-B and CR 45 in Brazoria County, Texas.
This authorization shall be contingent upon AT&T Services, Inc. releasing, acquitting and discharging Brazoria County from all claims, demands, and charges arising from property damage arising from the incident made the basis of the claims.
On behalf of Brazoria County, the County Judge is authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to carry out this order.
