The City of Danbury 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project was approved with an incorrect scope of work. An amendment to the 2025 CDBG Infrastructure Improvements Agreement is requested to revise the scope of work.
Approve the Amended Agreement and that the County Judge is approved to sign after final review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
