Approve issuance of a purchase order after the fact for the following invoices related to purchases made by Brazoria County Community Development, Housing Authority and Welfare for which a requisition was not obtained prior to the purchase being made:
Office Depot Invoice #441435478001 dated 11/23/2025 in the amount of $290.69.
Office Depot Invoice #441446271001 dated 11/16/2025 in the amount of $258.27.
This request is in accordance with Local Government Code Section §262.011 and Brazoria County Purchasing Policy Section IV.C.15.
