The Court approves the Interlocal Agreement between Brazoria County Health Department and the City of Oyster Creek for the use of their facilities as a Point of Dispensing (POD) site in the event of a public health emergency.
The County Judge and Director of Public Health Services are authorized to sign this agreement.
