The Court hereby adopts the attached revised Building Regulations hereinafter referred to as Development Regulations of Brazoria County, Texas for Floodplain Management. The same being hereby incorporated fully by reference herein, be and is hereby approved, effective immediately and replaces all previous versions of the Development Regulations of Brazoria County, Texas for Floodplain Management.
Further, that the attached Certificate be signed by the County Judge and submitted to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region VI, Denton, Texas by the County Floodplain Administrator along with a certified copy of this court Order.
