Authorize the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance regarding the FY25 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program - Local Formula, in which Brazoria County is requesting funding for an investigative software capable of determining the geographic location in visual media.
Further, the County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents related to the application for the Grant upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
