Accepting Funds for ITB #23-82 Brazoria County Road 58 Widening from CR 48 to Savannah Development CSJ #0912-31-304

Accepting $288,065.00 from the City of Pearland per the interlocal agreement approved by Commissioners Court Order 7.H.10 dated March 22, 2022. This contribution is used to finance the widening of CR 58 from CR 48 to Savannah Development CSJ #0912-31-304 “CR 58 Project”.
Furthermore, accepting $336,167.26 from Alvin Independent School District per the interlocal agreement approved by Commissioners Court Order 7.H.7 dated March 22, 2022. This contribution is used for the construction of waterline and sanitary sewer force main improvements along CR 58 Project.
Whereas, Brazoria County Auditor’s Office is hereby authorized to add both contributions to CR 58 Project existing Fund No. 34881 to reimburse the related expenditures.
Further, that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
