Approval to renew with an 14.49% increase for “C #12-41 OSSI Public Safety Software” for an additional twelve (12) month period with Central Square Technologies, LLC of Lake Mary, Florida, per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on March 31, 2025. The current cost of $178,410.97 will be increased to $204,261.37.
In addition, the expenditure will utilize funds from Information Systems approved Fiscal 2025 budget.
Further, the renewal term shall be April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. This contract allows for perpetual renewals.
