Order Regarding Public Hearing

Pursuant to Court Order No. VI.B.5.a, Amending Order Adopting Procedures for the Abatement of Neighborhood Nuisances, dated February 28, 2012 (including any future orders replacing or modifying said order) and Texas Health and Safety Code §343.022 (including any successor statute) regarding a public hearing before a hearing examiner, the County Judge is authorized to:
1. Designate an individual to act as hearing examiner as required under VI.B.5.a, Amending Order Adopting Procedures for the Abatement of Neighborhood Nuisances, dated February 28, 2012 (including any future orders replacing or modifying said order) and Texas Health and Safety Code §343.002 (including any successor statute); and
2. Instruct the designated examiner to conduct any and all hearings in accordance with the VI.B.5.a, Amending Order Adopting Procedures for the Abatement of Neighborhood Nuisances, dated February 28, 2012 (including any future orders replacing or modifying said order) and Texas Health and Safety Code §343.022 (including any successor statute).
