Ratify, approve and authorize submitting the attached Request for Annexation to the City of Iowa Colony for a portion of the right of way of County Road 758 also known as Duke Road right-of-way as set forth in Exhibit A.
Further, the Court hereby rescinds Court Order H. 17 dated March 10, 2026.
Further, that the County Judge, on behalf of Brazoria County, be authorized to sign attached documents and any other documents pertaining to the annexation.
It is further ordered that a certified copy of this order be delivered to the County Engineer.
