The Court, in their authority as the Section 115 Post-Employment Benefits Trust Risk Pool Trustees, hereby adopts the attached Section 115 Post-Employment Benefit Trust Funding Policy, which is thereby effective this day, June 9, 2026; and
Further, that a certified copy of this Order be provided to the Human Resources Director.
