Approval to renew “RFP #23-49 Environmental Services for Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, HOME-American Rescue Plan and Emergency Solutions Grant Program Projects” with Future Link Technologies of Austin, Texas for a forth (4th) year of a five(5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on July 10, 2026.
The renewal term shall be July 11, 2026 to July 10, 2027.
Further, the expenditure will be funded by specific CDBG and HOME-ARP grant funds.
