Per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “CSP #26-70 Concrete Pavement Repairs 2026-Bar X-Phase VI” to the highest ranked vendor, Matula and Matula Construction, Inc., of Lake Jackson, Texas, who submitted the best offer meeting our specifications and scope of work in the amount of $1,060,765.19.
In addition, the procurement will utilize funds from the department’s approved Fiscal Year budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
