Scope of Work to Master Services Agreement for PeopleSoft Upgrade with Sierra Cedar

Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Divison, approve the attached Scope of Work to the Master Services Agreement with Sierra- Cedar, of Alpharetta, Georgia, to perform upgrades to the PeopleSoft system software. The cost of the updates will not exceed $31,250.00 and will be paid for using budgeted funds from Information Systems’ budgeted FY26 funds.
The Court awarded "RFP #18-26 PeopleSoft Financials and HCM Upgrade" to Sierra-Cedar via Court Order 6.S.3 dated November 13, 2018.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
