Approval to renew “C #07-17 Indigent Healthcare Administration Software and Services” Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Indigent Healthcare Solutions of Conroe, Texas for an additional twelve (12) month period. The current MOU is set to expire on December 31, 2026.
The renewal period will be January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027.
In addition, the expenditure will utilize funds from the department’s approved Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
