The Court approves the out of state travel request for our PHEP (Public Health Emergency Preparedness) Manager to attend the “Healthcare Leadership for Mass Casualty Incidents” course scheduled for April 26 to May 2, 2026 in Anniston, Alabama. This is to enhance knowledge of all-hazards disaster-planning response and recovery functions and enhance his ability to assist during large-scale incidents. Cost of the course is covered 100% by FEMA; no County funds will be expended for this course.
