Approval to renew the service portion only of “RFP #22-43 Generator Service and Emergency Rental” with Marine Connection Services, Inc., dba Power Field Services of Dickenson, Texas for the fifth (5^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the term, conditions and pricing of the current contract which expires on July 26, 2026.

The renewal term shall be July 27, 2026 to July 26, 2027

Further, expenditures will be funded by the departments’ annual fiscal year budgets.
