Request the approval of the purchase of Evidence Library Cloud Software and Licensing for the Sheriff’s Office, from Motorola Solutions, Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, utilizing a cooperative purchasing contract # 22918-TX DIR TSO 4101, through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), per the attached scope of work and pricing.
The software will be used to manage in-car and body-worn camera video evidence quickly and securely. The software will be purchased for 5 years at a not to exceed cost of $464,120.00. The County is taking advantage of a multiyear discount by purchasing the software for 5 years, per the attached scope of work.
The purchase will be paid for using IS Software Subscription budgeted funds for FY24.
